WinCC Pack & Go (V14): requirements when the application will not run

The original note lists the following requirements for running Pack & Go:

  1. Pack & Go is a 64-bit application and runs only on a 64-bit operating system.
  2. If TIA Portal is not installed on the PC, install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Package (x64) and .NET Framework 4.6.1 to run the Pack & Go application.
