Control panels: small details can cause major problems

EMC practice

Careful attention to every cable connection

We design for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). Electrical interference can make a system unstable, damage components and stop production, so cable routing and connections need deliberate attention.

Calculated component selection

Different processes place different demands on electrical components. Selection based on the actual duty helps the machine operate reliably over the long term.

System integration across the automation process

Improving production efficiency

We have worked in motion control since 2000, supporting customers worldwide. Our work has developed from tension controllers, magnetic-particle brakes and clutches to vector drives, servo systems and motion controllers. Machine speeds have increased from 100 to 600 m/min, control systems have grown from a single axis to dozens of axes, and mechanical line shafts have given way to electronic line shafts. We have grown alongside our customers.

We work with OEM machine builders to develop and improve their production lines. Our control systems cover servo rotary knives, flying shears, extrusion coating and laminating lines, solventless laminators, high-speed slitters, multi-station thermoforming machines, silicon-steel cut-to-length lines, twin-station aluminium-profile pullers, industrial cranes and automatic tension control for different materials and machine designs. Machines using these systems operate across China and in Southeast Asia, Africa, Japan, Russia and the United States.

Our system integration work includes:

  • Gantry slitter control: 400–600 m/min

  • Standard two-shaft slitter control: 400–600 m/min

  • High-speed web inspection control: 300–600 m/min

  • Solventless laminator control: 600 m/min; 450 m/min for twin-station models

  • Extrusion coating line control: 300 m/min

  • Extruder temperature control: up to 200 zones

  • Roll-to-sheet cutter control: 300 m/min, with registration-mark control

  • Industrial and foundry crane control: up to 250 tonnes

  • Zero-speed unwind splicing: butt joints without a tail

  • Zero-speed rewind splicing

  • Controlled tail length for unwind overlap splices

  • Electronic cam feeding
